Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end users experiencing issues with RPA bots and processes.
  • Investigate and analyze support tickets to understand the root causes of issues.
  • Fix the issues in the UAT environment.
  • Monitor the bot runs in the control room.
  • Preparing the issue tracker and adding details.
  • Managing and investigating exceptions of the issues.
  • Make sure SLAs for the processes are met and production runs are successful.
  • Log production incident tickets for errors identified in production RPA processing.
  • Prioritize the defects for resolution including planning and testing of fixes.
  • Fix RPA errors, and confirm the fix in UAT.

 

Required Experience/Skills
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts and technologies, including bot management, and Production support.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation with tools like Automation Anywhere or similar.
  • Proven experience in administering and managing RPA platforms.
  • Strong technical background and hands-on development experience in .NET or C#.
  • Knowledge of RPA security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
  • Understanding of Software Development Methodologies.
